We are not a welfare state, we are not a rich state. Everyone's got bills to pay and no one's pointing a gun to your head and making you take the MRT/LRT. Maybe instead of constantly proclaiming what we are entitled to, or what the government is obligated to provide us, we should be doing our part and start paying fares that are not total highway robbery. Otherwise you just sound like those girls on My Super Sweet 16, who thinks that their parents are the worst parents in the world if they don't get a huge party and a brand new car for their 16th birthday.
